What are my shipping charges?

*For express delivery, kindly purchase your order before 11am during weekdays (excluding Weekends and Public Holidays).

How long does it take to process my order for delivery?

Your order will be processed within 1 business day for courier pickup. For standard delivery, our courier partners would take between 2-4 business days. If you need your orders urgently, do checkout with ‘Express Delivery’ and make final payment before 11am during weekdays; excluding Weekends and Public Holidays.

Can I request for a specific delivery date or timeslot?

Unfortunately, to enhance efficiency of our courier partners, we do not allow our customers to specify delivery preferences. We deliver from Monday to Saturday, between 10AM – 10PM.

Do you deliver on weekends?

We sure do on Saturday!

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Our courier partners would safely stow your parcel outside your house (e.g. Riser/Cabinet) and provide you with a photo proof of delivery. In an event where we could not stow your parcel, it will be returned to our warehouse on the next business day. We will re-attempt another delivery at no extra cost.

Are there any restricted zones in Singapore that you do not deliver to?

We don’t deliver to Airports, MINDEF Premises, PSA Terminals and Jurong Island.

Can I change my delivery information?

You will be able to change your delivery information, as long we have not handed your parcel over to our courier partners. If the request comes too late, it will be on a try best basis!

Can I collect my order at your warehouse?

For certain! You can collect at our warehouse during business hours simply by stating your order number.

Can I mix different sizes during my order?

Unfortunately, we currently sell diapers per size by the carton basis; mix and match is not allowed.

I have received a wrong item, what should I do?

Oops! The administrative error is certainly unintentional, and we are sorry to have caused an inconvenience to you. Kindly reach out to us personally at our customer service hotline or via the chat function. Our friendly representative will attend to you within 1 business day.

Do you do international delivery?

We do not ship internationally for baby diapers due to its volumetric weight (bulky and heavy). However, do contact us if you are interested to purchase, we could check shipping rates for you.
