Delivery Policy

1. General Information

This Delivery Policy outlines how orders placed on Diaper King’s website are processed, shipped and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out in this Policy.

2. Delivery Coverage

2.1 We currently deliver to addresses within Singapore only, unless otherwise stated on our website.

2.2 We do not deliver to restricted or inaccessible locations, including but not limited to military camps, offshore islands, or PO boxes, unless expressly agreed in writing.

3. Order Processing Time

3.1 Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

3.2 Orders placed after 1400hrs may be processed on the next business day.

3.3 During peak periods, promotions, or public holidays, processing times may be longer.

4. Delivery Timeframes

4.1 Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

4.2 Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier capacity, weather conditions, customs checks, or events beyond our reasonable control.

5. Delivery Fees

5.1 Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and are based on order value, delivery method and location.

5.2 Free delivery (if offered) applies only to qualifying orders and is subject to any minimum spend requirements stated on the website.

5.3 Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where required by law.

6. Courier Services

We use third-party courier and logistics partners to fulfil deliveries. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier’s terms and operational constraints.

Tracking details will be provided where available.

7. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries

7.1 If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us.

7.2 Additional delivery or redelivery charges may apply and will be borne by the customer.

7.3 We are not responsible for delays or losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

8. Risk and Title

Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you upon successful delivery to the provided address. Ownership of the Products passes to you upon full payment and delivery.

9. Damaged or Missing Parcels

9.1 If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

9.2 Please provide photographs and videos of the packaging and products to assist our investigation.

9.3 Claims made outside the stated timeframe may not be accepted.

10. Split Shipments

Where an order contains multiple items, we reserve the right to ship items separately. You will not be charged additional delivery fees for split shipments unless expressly stated.

11. Special Product Handling

Certain baby, personal care or household products may require special handling due to size, weight, or safety considerations. Delivery timelines for such items may vary and will be communicated where applicable.

12. Changes or Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, changes to delivery address, delivery date, or order cancellation may not be possible. Any additional costs incurred due to changes requested after dispatch shall be borne by the customer.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions.
